TRANSLATIONS

Affidavit: A document in which the affiant makes a statement and swears or affirms under penalty of perjury that the information in the statement is the truth. The affidavit will contain a jurat notarial certificate. The affiant must sign the statement in the presence of the notary.

Certificate of Accuracy: A signed statement attesting that the translation is accurate and complete to the best of the translator's knowledge and ability. Any qualified translator or translation company should be able to provide a certificate of accuracy.

We can provide you with a Certificate of Accuracy that complies with the Affidavit purpose. It will contain a jurat notarial certificate and our company representative will sign the statement in the presence of the notary.  For your free quote, call us or fill out this form: . We're happy to help.

We issue one Certificate of Accuracy per order. If you have several documents in one order, this Certificate will include the details of all of your documents. If you need to receive a separate Certificate for some/all documents, please let us know and we can issue separate certificates. An  additional fee of $3.00 USD will apply for each additional certificate requested. 

Before shipping your translation, we will ask you to review and approve your electronic translation. Once shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number. Mailings are done on business days, Monday-Friday. Overnight mailings approved on Friday will arrive on Monday (non-holiday).
